We use the information we collect for purposes such as:

3. Third-Party Tools, Analytics, and Partners

We work with trusted third-party service providers for hosting, analytics, infrastructure, marketing, and security. Examples include:

• •Mobile advertising networks: We use third-party advertising networks and mediation platforms to display advertisements in the App (currently optional rewarded ads that you can choose to watch in exchange for in-app rewards such as Gems; we may show other ad formats in the future). These include Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC, and AppLovin, an advertising and mediation service provided by AppLovin Corporation. We work with AppLovin to deliver ads in our mobile application and other devices and/or platforms. As a consequence of ad serving, these third-party advertising partners (including AppLovin and Google) and their partners may collect, process, and share personal data for advertising purposes, including information such as device identifiers (including Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA), only with your consent, and the Android advertising ID), IP address, approximate location inferred from your IP address, device and app information, and ad interaction data. This information is used for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud and invalid-activity prevention, ad measurement and reporting, improving their advertising services, and—where you have consented—interest-based ad personalization. In addition, third-party measurement partners may collect and process personal data as part of the Open Measurement Working Group to perform ad measurement and other related services. When you choose to watch a rewarded ad, we also include your User ID in the ad request so that the ad network serving the ad can notify our servers when you finish the ad and your reward can be verified and credited to your account. Where required by law (for example, in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland), we present a consent form before serving ads so you can make choices about the collection and use of your data by our advertising partners, and on iOS we request your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing your device's advertising identifier. We pass your consent choices and applicable opt-out signals to our advertising partners as required by law. If you decline, you may still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on cross-app tracking.
• •Hosting and infrastructure providers: (e.g., Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare)
• •Affiliate network partners: We may include affiliate links within the App and Services. This means that if you click a link to a product or retailer and make a purchase, Setly Labs LLC may earn a commission or referral fee.
• •Crash Reporting and Diagnostics: (e.g., Sentry) — used to collect technical information about app errors, crashes, and performance issues. Sentry processes limited diagnostic data such as device type, operating system version, stack traces, and error logs. This helps us identify and fix problems to improve the app's stability and performance.

These providers may process personal data on our behalf under contracts that require them to protect it, and some may process data for their own legitimate purposes (see their privacy policies for details). Any third party with whom we share user data—including analytics tools, advertising networks, and third-party SDKs—is required to provide the same or equal protection of your data as described in this Privacy Policy.

4. How We Share Your Information

We may share your personal information:

• •With advertising or marketing partners and mobile ad networks (including Google AdMob and AppLovin): to serve advertisements in the App, including interest-based advertising, improving their advertising services, and rewarded ads (where your User ID is shared with the ad network serving the ad to verify and credit your in-app reward), consistent with your App Tracking Transparency consent, your responses to any in-app consent form, and applicable privacy law opt-outs

• •With your consent: or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection

We do not “sell” your data in the traditional sense, but under certain state privacy laws (e.g., California), our use of analytics or advertising tools may be considered a “sale” or “sharing.” You may opt out (see Section 6).

5. Use of Data for AI and Machine Learning

We may use the data we collect—including de-identified or aggregated data—to train, develop, and improve AI and machine learning models. These models help us create new features, optimize our Services, and explore new business opportunities in a responsible and privacy-focused manner.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights including:

• •Opt Out of Interest-Based Advertising: on iOS, you can limit interest-based ads by declining the App Tracking Transparency prompt or adjusting Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device. On Android, you can delete or reset your advertising ID in Settings → Privacy → Ads. Where required by law, you will also be presented with a consent form within the App before personalized ads are served, and you can change your choices there at any time. Your choices and applicable opt-out signals are passed to our advertising partners. You can also manage how Google personalizes ads at myadcenter.google.com, and you can learn about AppLovin's privacy practices and your choices regarding AppLovin's processing of your data at https://www.legal.applovin.com/privacy/. Rewarded ads are always optional — one is only shown when you choose to watch it.

If we use tracking technologies (as defined by Apple's AppTrackingTransparency framework), you will be asked for explicit consent. You can change or withdraw consent in your iOS device settings.

7. International Transfers

We are based in the United States. Your data may be processed there or in other jurisdictions. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or similar safeguards.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as legally required. Diagnostic and crash data collected through 3rd party analytics tools like Sentry may be retained for a limited period (typically up to 90 days) to investigate and resolve issues, after which it is deleted or anonymized. When no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize user data.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tools to:

11. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. We also do not knowingly permit our third-party advertising partners to collect data from, or serve advertisements to, users we know to be children. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us so we can delete it.

12. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law, our Services, or best practices. If material changes occur, we will notify you via the App, email, or our website.
